Strengthen your leadership with our management training

What is expected of you as a manager? How do you lead employees who were previously your colleagues? Which laws and regulations do you need to be familiar with? How do you motivate and delegate for best results? How do you get a team to collaborate and perform? These are just some of the questions you will get clear answers to during our management training.

How does it work?

In our New as manager training, you will work with real-life situations and actively participate in exercises that provide valuable insights into your new leadership role. The training is largely case-based, combining theory with practical exercises, discussions, and reflection. This gives you new skills that are valuable for the entire organisation, helping you feel more confident in areas such as:

  • Delegating
  • Giving feedback
  • Coaching
  • Prioritising
  • Goal setting and performance management
  • Handling difficult conversations

An important part of the training is also the exchange of experiences and networking with other participants. You will build a network that you can benefit from long after completing the course.

New as manager – theoretical basis

Our method, Maximise Learning™, ensures that your investment goes beyond the classroom. The method is built around three clear steps to enhance learning and deliver stronger results: BEFORE – DURING – AFTER. This means that throughout your training, you will receive clear checklists, practical tips, and support to help you get the most out of the programme.

This is our bestselling course Ny som chef, now available in English.
