Who are we?
Advantum Kompetens was founded in the year 2000. We are a total of 35 employees and consultants, dedicated to developing people and organizations for better performance. Our head office is located in the central part of Stockholm and we have local offices in Malmoe and Gothenburg.

Customized training
If you and a number of your colleagues are interested in or feel that you need training within the same subject, we can customize the training to suit you. The level of customization can vary from modifying a few exercises to creating a specialized training complete with material based on your reality. Together with you we set up clear objectives in order for us to measure the affects of the training after it has been completed. The objectives will also guide us when deciding what tools and methods to use during training.
